Boho Diamonds offers free shipping for all items shipped. Signature is required for delivery of all items. Each item is either In-Stock or Made-to-Order. Check the product details page once you’ve configured your jewelry to determine the Estimated Shipping Date. Once your order is completed and ready for shipment, your jewelry will ship for free. Expedited shipping options are available for all items at checkout. See below for details.

In-Stock Items :

  • Some of our most popular items are In-Stock and ship within one (2) to four (5) business days.
  • Once your order is ready to ship, it will ship at no cost to you.
  • Expedited delivery is available by choosing Priority or Expedited for an additional charge. NOTE: processing your order may still take up to two (2) business days before your order ships.
  • Once your order ships, an email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to you.

Made-to-Order Items :

  • Most of our items are Made-to-Order and take approximately two (2) weeks to create and then ship to you.
  • You will be provided an ESTIMATED Shipping Date. To find the Estimated Shipping Date, shopping bag, checkout page, and your order receipt email. Most orders ship on or before the Estimated Shipping Date, while some orders may ship shortly after, depending on manufacturing times and quality control.
  • Once your order is ready to ship, it will ship at no cost to you.
  • Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge. NOTE: processing your order will still take up to two (2) weeks before your order ships.
  • Once your order ships, an email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to you.
  • Electing Expedited shipping will not affect the time that it takes to create and process your jewelry order.

Shipping Policies:

  • We require a signature for delivery of all orders.
  • We will ship only to a physical home address or business address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed for security purposes.
  • Once an order is placed, we are unable to re-direct the package to an alternate address for any reason.
  • Our shipping partners will generally make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, it will be delivered back to Boho Diamonds. We will contact you to determine next steps.
  • Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address, or updated address information.

International Orders & Shipments:

Local Language and Currency:

All pricing on our international website does not include duty and taxes. For all international orders, the customers will bare the duties and taxes, and shipping is always FREE. We even offer FREE returns for 30 days.

Q: How do you deliver my Boho Diamonds purchase?

We work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialize in shipping fine jewellery.

You will always receive your order in a tamper proof envelope which can only be opened by destroying it. In case you believe your package has been tampered with, please make sure you immediately take a photograph of the the same and get in touch with our customer service team on support@bohodiamonds.com .

Q: Where do you ship?

We offer Free Shipping to most places within India. In the scenario, that your pin code isn't serviceable through our website, please contact us on  and we will try and support@bohodiamonds.com get it to you!

We offer free shipping. Please note, there may be some areas that fall beyond the serviceable list in which case we will notify you of the shipping charges on a case to case basis.

Q: Can I update/cancel my order after placing it?

Yes you can. Please reach out to us on support@bohodiamonds.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to update/cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped then we will be unable to cancel or update it. Please note that orders for customized pieces cannot be cancelled.

Online: We accept all major credit/debit cards through are online payment gateway. NEFT/RTGS bank transfers are also possible.
